About SAYAS REAL ESTATE

Founded in 2022 by Stefan Daniel and Yogga, which meaning of their names it self SAYAS (Stefan & Yogga). SAYAS REAL ESTATE was born from a shared vision and strong motivation to create meaningful change and new opportunities. While the journey initially began as a partnership, the company later transitioned to being led by one of its founders, Yogga, who continues to drive the business forward with dedication and passion.

About PT. CASA INDAH BALI

PT. CASA INDAH BALI was established through the partnership of Yogga and Edo, two individuals who share the same vision and mission in the real estate industry. Recognizing the strength of collaboration, they decided to form the company together as equal partners, with Edo serving as the Director and Yogga as the Commissioner.

Prior to this partnership, Edo had established his own real estate brand, he founded Kai Property together with his previous partner. The name Kai, derived from Hawaiian, means “sea” or “seawater,” and can also be interpreted as “the power of the sea.” It reflected both Edo’s professional background in real estate and his passion as a professional longboard surfer. The brand represented a unique blend of lifestyle and investment opportunities. However, after thoughtful discussions and following an unexpected incident in which the Kai Property signboard was damaged by a supplier’s truck. Edo and Yogga saw it as a sign to start anew. They decided to build a stronger identity under Yogga’s brand, SAYAS REAL ESTATE, which had originally been founded by him and his former partner, Stefan Daniel. The name SAYAS also carries a deeper meaning, as it naturally connects with both founder and co-founder’s names: SAYAS (Saputra as Edo’s last name & Yogga) symbolizing their shared vision and partnership.

Today, SAYAS REAL ESTATE stands as the official brand of PT. CASA INDAH BALI. With this foundation, the company continues to grow, driven by a shared commitment to trust, professionalism, and delivering long-term value to clients in Bali’s real estate investment market. SAYAS REAL ESTATE is dedicated to providing trusted and professional services, offering clients tailored solutions in property transactions, investment opportunities, and asset management.
